“Training in the field of assembly electrics is varied, interesting and challenging. Every day is different, so self-discipline plays a major role in success. Training as an assembly electrician represents a solid basis for further training after completion of the vocational course, since the range of possibilities for our area of specialisation is perhaps greater than for any other profession. At the same time, good specialists are in great demand in the industry. I also think that working as an electrician is a good training ground for life. The very diverse characters and the interaction on site fosters humanity, tolerance and empathy. Alongside that, it’s not enough to just think inside the box. The working relationship with the involved trades and a basic knowledge of their work is indispensable”.
With the Electrician with Swiss Federal Certificate of Proficiency (EFZ) apprenticeship, we are contributing towards safeguarding the future of our company as well as our industry. This enables us to give motivated young people an opportunity to take a basic course of training which opens doors for them in the future. The training is a challenge which keeps the trainees and the apprentices on their toes for four years, but which leads to a successful conclusion with the vital input of all involved.
