Zwei cablex Servicetechniker vor dem Auto in Österreich

Hello, Austria

Three of our Field Services technicians were part of a very special pilot project: for four months they supported the service technology team at A1 Telekom Austria AG in Vorarlberg, Austria.

cablex is known beyond Switzerland's borders as well for its professionalism, quality and customer friendliness. A1 asked us whether we could support our Austrian colleagues in the service assurance area. We were delighted to respond to this call, which was initially for a pilot project.

For A1, we connected switching points in main distribution boards, cable distribution pillars and distribution boxes with copper conductors in Vorarlberg. This is also referred to as routing. We installed Internet and TV products at the customer's premises and carried out final measurements to check that the line was working properly.

On tour in Austria with heart and soul.

Bruno Manser is Team Leader of Field Services Team East at cablex. He received nothing but positive feedback from his employees about their work in Austria:

The interaction between cablex and A1 is very friendly, and everyone always tries to find the best solution for the customer together. The good and team-orientated relationship has led to the pilot project now being extended once again. We at cablex are very pleased about this.

Bruno Manser, Team Leader of Field Services Team East, cablex.

The interaction between our Field Services technicians and all the responsible departments at A1 worked extremely well, and the cablex team worked with its usual passion and commitment in Austria as well.

Markus Buchleitner, A1 Partner & Logistics Management, has also confirmed this to us:

We are delighted that in cablex we have found a company offering a high standard of customer experience that is already successfully supporting Swisscom with customer connections. The technicians quickly adapted to our specifications, and were already travelling to connection jobs on their own within a very short time.

There are hardly any events or festivals in Switzerland that do not involve the cablex technician team.
