New members on the cablex Board of Directors.

Eugen Stermetz was elected at the ordinary Board meeting in February 2022 to succeed Mario Rossi, who left Swisscom last year. Furthermore, the cablex Board of Directors also welcomes Markus Reber as a new member.

Eugen Stermetz knows the company inside and out and, as Chairman of the Board, will continue the successful path of growth of cablex with foresight and a clear strategy.

Also newly elected to the Board of Directors was Markus Reber, who is Head of Networks at Swisscom with responsibility for the networks. Markus Reber is therefore bringing his extensive knowledge in the field of network construction to the Board. 
 

The Board of Directors is currently composed as follows:

  • Eugen Stermetz, VRP and CFO Swisscom Ltd, since 17.02.2022 on the Board of Directors
  • Rolf Stettler, Head of Central Controlling & Corp. Real Estate Swisscom Ltd, since 29.12.2020 on the Board of Directors
  • Markus Reber, Head of Networks, Swisscom Ltd, since 11.05.2022 on the Board of Directors
  • Hansjörg Hess, hjh business consulting, since 05.02.2015 on the Board of Directors
