This internal training motivates our employees to learn new activities and engage in interdepartmental work in new teams. They take part in practical training with great enthusiasm and are committed to implementing what they have learned in everyday work.
We spoke to our colleague Matthias Brunner. He works in the WIRELESS department as an in-house fitter. Matthias was trained for four months with his colleagues in the Wireless Service to be a field services employee. He learned a lot about the "Service” unit and issues of "Maintenance, troubleshooting and conversion".
New prospects thanks to internal training.
