Krananhänger Herospace 16-9

New team member for overhead lines: the crane trailer.

Measuring between seven and twelve metres in height and weighing up to 200 kilograms, wooden pylons can be pretty heavy. The assembly of pylons is very strenuous work for our fitters. The red Ferrari among overhead lines, also known as a crane trailer, takes care of loading and erecting pylons, making daily work in the field easier.

Overhead line fitters lift and carry a lot of weight every day. Some see this as a substitute for working out in the gym. But where the situation allows, they can use a machine. The crane trailer can carry the pylon and transport it to the desired location. This means less load for the fitters, but more variety in their daily work, because the crane trailer has to be controlled and used properly.

New team member for overhead lines: the crane trailer.

Seven crane trailers have been purchased and are being used at the following locations for overhead lines: Deisswil bei Stettlen, Dielsdorf, Freidorf, Giubiasco, Inwil, Sion und Villars-sur-Glâne
