Bea Bern 2022_Hero_16-9

Advice, advice and even more advice at the BEA.

Advising customers without a mask - this was possible once again at the BEA from April 29. to May 8., 2022. For the 69th time, the Swiss Exhibition for Trade, Agriculture and Industry, known as BEA for short, took place in Bern. cablex service specialists answered many questions about home networking at the Swisscom stand.

A visit to the BEA is a MUST, not only as a city dweller. Around 300,000 visitors, 950 exhibitors, 600 animals, 60 culinary offers and the big wheel. These are the general conditions of the BEA, which opened its doors and tents for the first time in Bern in 1951. Switzerland's most important social event presents the segments construction, living, household, garden, agriculture, leisure, health, fashion, service and enjoyment.

And visitors can receive all-round advice on all everyday issues, if they wish.

Team Swisscom / cablex.

There was of course also a Swisscom stand once again at the BEA. The current offerings from Swisscom were presented over an area of 120 m2, and specialist personnel were available to answer questions about fixed network connections, Internet boxes and mobile solutions.

On each of the ten days of the trade fair, a service technician from cablex was also there. Our team had their hands full advising prospective customers on home networking and service concerns. Visitors discussed and talked shop with us about all of the services offered under the service contracts with Swisscom.

We met Marcos Lois, ICT technician at cablex, at the BEA and asked him about his job at the stand. Highly motivated and committed with a lot of passion, he provided us with information:

cablex advises BEA visitors about all of its services.

cablex and the service technician team are already looking forward to the next trade fair in Switzerland, where we will be able to explain our service offerings to visitors at the stand.
