When two people wholeheartedly say "YES" to cablex.
Those who start thinking about their career aspirations early have a better chance of finding their dream job. Some time ago, Ruben found out about the job of network electrician. He took part in the Future Day and completed a taster traineeship. He also considered training as a carpenter or polymechanic. Ruben took a very close look at these two alternatives as well. "Cablex was the most interesting for me," says the 15-year-old trainee network electrician with conviction.
Cirilo Fonseca is proud that his son Ruben is completing his traineeship at cablex. As a father, it is important to him that his son is well educated and heading toward a future with career prospects and development opportunities. Cirilo has worked at cablex for 14 years; he believes in the company and can identify with its values. He greatly appreciates the cooperation with his team and colleagues. "I wanted Ruben to choose cablex. It wasn't easy for me not to influence him, but it was important to me that Ruben made his own decision," says Cirilo.
